I found my passion for massage therapy and all of its possibilities when I graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College in 2010. I went on to take Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at Mc Master University and began to build a successful practice in Milton, Ontario.

My goal as a therapist has always been to offer individually catered, proactive care for clients in a professional and relaxed environment. I have worked with many different types of clients such as athletes, expectant mothers, children and seniors.

Over the years I have gained knowledge and experience in many massage healing techniques such as hot stone, trigger point therapy and acupuncture, and I hope to continue to add even more modalities in the future to offer to my clients.

I enjoy creating a specific treatment plan for each client to get the most out of their experience in treatment as well as improve every day activities and meet the goals we set out together.

 

I am passionate about my clients' overall health and wellness. I enjoy showing clients the value of investing in themselves and taking their health into their own hands while getting the support of practitioners like myself.
